Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. You will be notified with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Fort St. John boutique. We may take 4-7 days to prepare and ship all orders. If longer delays occur we will let you know.
We have free in store pick up available at checkout for those local to Fort St. John and area. You must pick up within 14 days of your order date for any exchanges or returns to take place on your order. Any pick ups after 14 days of order date, will be considered final sale. Regular return policy comes into effect on day of pickup (7 days for refund, up to 14 for exchange/store credit).
Holiday Gift Return Policy: All gifts purchased between now and December 24 are eligible for a gift receipt for exchange or store credit up until January 21, 2023. Please leave a note at checkout if you require a gift receipt. Shipping will be paid by customer for returns.

We are happy to refund, exchange, or give a store credit on your purchases with tags still attached, unworn, and not washed items and receipt of purchase within 7 days of receiving your items. Shipping costs are not applicable for refund. Please note that returns will take 5-7 business days to process once we receive your item. We will contact you by email once your return is processed.
Damaged Items: All items are checked thoroughly for defects and any damage prior to shipping; however, if you do receive a defected item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is still available, we will replace it, if it’s not available, we will issue a refund. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, sadly there will be nothing we can do.
