Our Store is running on reduced hours so it may take up to 4 days to process your order. You will receive confirmation emails when it has been received and ready to ship or pick up.
We have pick-up times available during open hours of 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon-Sat.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. You will be notified with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Fort St. John boutique.

We have free in store pick up available at checkout for those local to Fort St. John and area. You must pick up within 14 days after order date for any exchanges or returns to take place on your order. Any pick ups after 14 days of order date, will be considered final sale.

We are happy to refund, exchange, or give a store credit on your purchases with tags still attached, unworn, and not washed items and receipt of purchase within 7 days of receiving your items. Please note that returns will take 5-7 business days to process once we receive your item. We will contact you by email once your return is processed.
Damaged Items: All items are checked thoroughly for defects and any damage prior to shipping; however, if you do receive a defected item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item at email@example.com. If the item is still available, we will replace it, if it’s not available, we will issue a refund. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, sadly there will be nothing we can do.
