Shipping

Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. You will be notified with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our Fort St. John boutique. We may take 4-7 days to prepare and ship all orders. If longer delays occur we will let you know. 

  • Standard shipping across Canada for flat rate of $20.00
  • All Canadian orders over $150 ship FREE

In Store Pick Up

We have free in store pick up available at checkout for those local to Fort St. John and area. You must pick up within 14 days of your order date for any exchanges or returns to take place on your order. Any pick ups after 14 days of order date, will be considered final sale. Regular return policy comes into effect on day of pickup (7 days for refund, up to 14 for exchange/store credit).

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED FOR REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE, OR EXCHANGE /STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING, NOT WORN, WASHED, OR LOVED IN ANY WAY. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT WILL BE CREDITED ONLY, FOR THE LAST SALE PRICE, IF APPLICABLE

Return & Exchange Policy for Online Orders

We are happy to refund, exchange, or give a store credit on your purchases with tags still attached, unworn, and not washed items with receipt of purchase within 7 days for refund or 14 days for exchange/store credit of delivery date. Shipping costs are not applicable for refund and shipping back to us for a return is to be covered by customer. Please note that returns will take 5-7 business days to process once we receive your item. We will contact you by email once your return is processed. Shipping

Damaged Items: All items are checked thoroughly for defects and any damage prior to shipping; however, if you do receive a defected item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item at info@shopscoop.ca. If the item is still available, we will replace it, if it’s not available, we will issue a refund. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, sadly there will be nothing we can do.
